Willpower Care & Support, located in Broadmeadows in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is an NDIS-approved and accredited support coordination, community nursing, and allied health service providing dignity and support to NDIS participants of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

Our overarching mission is to provide comfort and reassurance to participants and those who are active in their lives.
To accomplish this, we actively recruit qualified NDIS-accredited employees who have up-to-date Police Checks and/or Working with Children Checks.
Willpower is all about providing quality care, safety, and wellbeing to all our stakeholders. We believe everyone has a right to live a rich, fulfilling life that isn’t limited or defined by one’s abilities or lack thereof. We believe that everyone deserves dignity and independence through using our support - as much or as little as they need.
We aim to empower NDIS participants and their support team with as much knowledge as possible so they can make informed decisions that champion their short- and long-term goals.
We focus on individual outcomes and work as closely as possible with our participants so they may achieve everything they want in life.
The continually trained and qualified staff at Willpower Care & Support also cater to the Arabic, Assyrian, and Chaldean speaking communities of Melbourne.
