Service Support Coordination
Willpower Care & Support provides thorough, compassionate, and person-centred service support coordination through the NDIS.
We look at participants as a whole to understand their needs, their goals, and how best to reach them. We offer as much guidance and coordination with their allied health and support arrangements, giving them direction and flexibility to help maintain their independence and dignity.
Our broad scope of support services means that participants are always given the utmost attention to their support requirements 24/7, seven days a week.
We offer as much or as little assistance with life stage transitions, personal activities such as social or work activities, transport to and from social, support or work commitments, and developing life skills such as shopping, household cleaning, shopping, and managing money.
We offer supported independent living through assistance with daily or routine household tasks, nutritious meal preparation, personal care, and companionship. This ensures participants live and thrive in a hygienic, safe, and happy environment with all their immediate life needs looked after. Read more about our Core Support Services.
We also assist participants to engage with the broader community, promoting a healthy and active social life.
We also offer culturally and spiritually-centred End of Life and palliative care.
Willpower Care and Support workers are also fluent Arabic, Assyrian, and Chaldean speakers to better facilitate communication.
Willpower care means you’re in the best hands
Unparalleled care with community nursing
In addition to service support coordination, Willpower Care & Support offers round the clock community nurses and specialist carers to ensure the health and safety of our participants.
Our community nurses are fully qualified and highly trained in all aspects of healthcare for people with different ability levels, including wound care, diabetes care and management, conducting wellness checks, and managing medications both oral and injectable.
Together with our partners, we can also offer psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy, physiotherapy, Podiatry and lifestyle support for participants.
We also offer specialised dietary and gastroenteric care by helping manage PEG feeding tubes, SPC/Catheter management, tracheostomy care, and general medical care in collaboration with general practitioners and other allied health professionals.
We can also act as interpreters between professionals and stakeholders in Arabic, Assyrian, and Chaldean.
With Willpower, Northern Melbourne’s NDIS participants are always in the best hands.
