NDIS Core Supports

Primary Support Services in Northern Melbourne

Willpower Care & Support offers a suite of core supports for NDIS participants in the Northern Melbourne suburbs. Based in Mickleham, we cater to participants of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

Our fully qualified, continually trained, and police-checked support workers are here to assist NDIS participants with achieving their goals around everyday living, socialising, working, and overall independence.

Together with all stakeholders, we work to foster a culture of personal achievement, safety, and compassion within a welcoming and dignified environment.

How we support NDIS Participants

Support Coordination

We provide a nurturing framework to ensure NDIS participants’ care and support is coordinated around the personal goals of the individual. We work with stakeholders to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met while preserving one’s dignity and independence. We aim to empower individuals to make their own informed decisions. Learn more.

Supported Independent Living

We support participants' desire to live independently by providing in-home care and support by providing or assisting with nutritious meal preparation, personal hygiene routines, shopping and budgeting, transport to work or appointments, and help with cleaning and tidying around the home.

Life Stage Transitions

We assist NDIS participants with life stage transitions such as growing out of home care to independent adulthood, or a compassionate and dignified transition into older age or limited ability.

Therapeutic Supports

With our allied health partners, we offer a range of therapeutic supports to enhance participant quality of life. We offer gastroenteric therapy and support services, physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, psychotherapy and/or counselling, podiatry, and general lifestyle support.
